With your confirmed order number, head to the designated in-store collection point where your order will be waiting for you. You will need your boarding pass and identification during collection.

When do I pay for the items?
Payment for items is collected when you collect your order from our store. You will receive a pre-authorization payment charge when you reserve your order with us. The final payment will be collected once you've collected from our store on the day of your flight.
What forms of payment are accepted?
There are many ways to pay! On our website, we accept card payment by Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover.
What happens if my travel plans change?
We got that covered! If your flight schedule is changed, your orders can still be available for collection in our store. We understand travel plans can often change and so you are under no obligation to collect your order, orders will be cancelled if they are not collected.
When do I need to place my order by?
Your order can be placed 29 days before and up to 24 hour(s) before boarding of your flight. Please ensure you have enough time to collect your order at the collection point prior to your flight.
